Urban workspace

The renovation was focused on dividing the area into three different blocks, everyone representing one specific function with different color: the “yellow” meeting area, the “black” exposition wall and the “gray” workspace. The meeting area is facing the road to reinforce the connection with the city and its urbanity, trying to catching people’s view with its strong yellow color. The left wall of the space is used as storage and exposition of material samples and architecture catalogue and newspaper, a sort of archive of ideas where creativity take place.

The workspace completes the room, with its grey wall and wooden shelves that occupy all its length.

The materials used spaces between the relaxing birch wood of the shelves and the desks and the strong black metal and grey concrete of the wall and the floor, that create a pleasant contrast of surfaces.
